Online Checkout Link Confirmation

I set up an online checkout link to accept payments.  The link works and customers receive a confirmation email.  But, after submission, the user only sees a blank page  as shown.  What am I doing wrong?  Do I have control over the submission page?  It's not very reassuring to the client to just get a blank screen.

Hi @rwyeth, thanks for flagging this. I'm going to ask the Online Checkout team what exactly your customers should see after they've placed their order. Do you know if this happens for every customer? Or were you testing a checkout link yourself? Can you try these browser troubleshooting steps or switching to another browser like Firefox?
