One square appointment app for one location two users

I am trying to figure out how to use one sign in for one location for two practitioners so that we don't overlap our client time. We have one office for clients that we share. If this is not possible without a new charge from Square, can we both have our own separate Square apps that synch so that we don't overlap our appointments for the same location?

Will your clients be booking online to make their appointments? Or are you having them call in to book? The only reason I ask is because you CAN share the same login with the other practitioner. However, if your clients are going to book online, they won't be able to specify which practitioner they want to see. It will only show the main name of the Account Owner when they go to book.

If they call to book, you can manually make those appointments on your calendar and make a note of which practitioner they want to visit.

If you each set up your own accounts and have your clients book online, you'll both have to post your own links to your calendars. There isn't a way to sync two separate Square appointments calendars from two separate accounts.
