On-Line Orders Pending

Hello, 

I have shipped my share of orders since the pandemic. I haven't needed to since I reopened. I just tried to mark an order as shipped. A box pops up and says "Pending" then lists every item in the order. I can uncheck boxes. What does this mean? Do I click everything shipped and unclick anything not shipped? Do I reverse that?

Can you confirm which page of the dashboard you are on? I'm not sure if you are Square dashboard, or the Online dashboard. Are you trying to create a shipping label, or simply mark the order as shipped?
