We had an internet outage at our satellite location this evening, and offline mode would not work. We received an error message that authorization is needed to accept online payment. I did not see where I can do that from the square website. Our other location does not have this error message.

Important note: With Offline Mode, you can only accept swiped card payments when your Internet service is temporarily unavailable. So any other payment type will not be processed.
