ONLINE CATEGORY (HELP!

I deleted a category off and it is still showing up on my site.

To make things worse,  I recreated the category & it's doing the same thing. showing up on site even though I already deleted it. 

Is this a glitch and how do I permanently get it off my site?

never mind, case is Solved. deleted the the category top brand. took probably a day for all to be removed from public site.
