The order "confirmation email" and "ready" email is hardcoded with Call when You Arrive. We fulfill over 100+ orders in 4 hours/day and have folks on the curb waiting to fulfill orders. Customers are frustrated trying to call us when it isn't necessary. Can we remove that line or can you make the line editable in emails?
Hey @AvasinNM,
There isn't a way to remove this part of the Pick-Up message unfortunately.
I see where you're coming from with this and I'm happy to pass the feedback along to the folks at Weebly for potential future improvements.
Thank you and, yes please mention it to the Weebly development team. I added a message to the "Order Prepared" email communicating that We're waiting curbside, no need to call"
but perhaps it will come across that we're contradicting ourselves.
P.S. on another topic, I'm putting items on sale and items with Variants don't display correctly. They don't have the sale badge and the cross through of the original price and sale price. How can I correct this?
@AvasinNM Will do!
And that's strange. On the item settings do you have the On Sale toggled on?
All the items without variations are appearing correctly. Please take a look 🙂
@AvasinNM All these from this page are showing on sale for me with the original price crossed out!
Love your shop btw! Been learning/trying to get into gardening myself this past year haha.
I'm better with houseplants I think.
Most are displaying correctly except the ones with variants. Note that the sale banner is missing and the previous price with the cross through are missing.
and
@AvasinNM Ah I totally looked over that somehow!
I'm checking in with the folks at Weebly on this now so hang tight for me.
@AvasinNM So they said it might be because it has more than one variation.
If you go to the item page itself and select a variation the badge should show!
It probably doesn’t show on category pages because you might have one variation on sale but not another, although it should probably show it if all the variations are on sale.
Okay, I see that the strike-through appears when you select the size but not until then. I think I'll do a workaround and create a separate item for each size. Aargh, more work in peak season, but I want folks to see the savings right away.
thanks for your help.
@AvasinNM Understandable!
And no problem. Stay safe out there.
