Navigation menu not visible on mobile site?

Hello,

I can't get my navigation menu to stay visible on the mobile view of my website. It appears if you scroll up, but I want it to be at the top of the page always, not just appearing after you scroll. I tried editing the settings to sticky header, scrolling header, and no effects but none of that seem to change anything.

What can I do to fix this?

Thanks in advance.

Hello and thanks for your question. My suspicion is that it's a mobile browser issue trying to correctly display "sticky" items. Some mobile browsers deliberately do not support fixed positions on elements (sticky) so that fixed elements cant get in the way on a small screen. I don't know if any Square setting would correct this if it is indeed coming from the viewing side, rather than the server side. Have you tried on different mobile devices and see if it can display correctly? Could be just an ipad IOS issue, or phone or Android issue? Sorry I can't help more specifically and give a definite answer but I think this could be the cause.

Hi there,

I appreciate your response and see how that could be the cause, however when I go onto some other square up websites their 3 bar navigation menu displays nicely at the top on my mobile browser like how I want mine to. So I am able to see this on other square up sites from my phone but not on my own website, therefore I believe it has to be a settings issue.

For example, one of my acquaintances sites is sylviamichlsalon.com. I want my navigation menu to be available at the top of the page like this one is.

If any one has other insights please let me know, and thanks in advance!
