Name instead of order number on transaction page?

When payments come from the website, they are listed on the transactions page with the randomly generated order number from the e-commerce software instead of the name of the person who paid. How can I fix that?

Thank you for the reply, @DaveKoe

Using an API like WooCommerce in WordPress only allows order numbers to come through. You will not be able to get the customer name or information on them.

When it comes to APIs - Square is just the medium to take the payments, so it can get a little tricky with troubleshooting and feature requests. But I will be happy to tag this as a Feature Request for our Product Team to take a look at.

Hey @DaveKoe

Welcome to the Community!

Are you using the Square Online Store or another API partner?
