NAVIGATION DROPDOWN MENUS

We have some posters we want customers to be able to download and they will be free and different sizes. How would one create a NAVIGATION TITLE with a dropdown menu with 4 different PDF files for them to click on? We REALLY would like to have this an item in our shop for customers to download but we don't want to email each person the file. That takes too much time.
