We made some price changes are many of our products. So I exported the item library and changed the prices in excel then imported back into square dashboard. The new prices show on the dash but not in app? What am I missing?
Sometimes it just takes a "push" for items to update in the app. Whether it's closing out the app and re-opening, or hitting the "No Sale" or "$0.00 Sale" button usually works for us!
