My previous year transactions are not there. Does Square zero out previous year transactions?

You should be able to see all your history. Where are you looking? Have you tried signing out and back in again?

@ppxmas - It may be possible that you accidentally created multiple accounts. 🤔  Since this is pretty account specific, it may be easiest if you reach out directly.
