My online store is showing "free shipping" but we do not ship as most of our products are alcohol.

My online store is showing "free shipping" but we do not ship as most of our products are alcohol.  Fulfillment shows Shipping not checked, just pickup.

Hi @Distiller.  Exactly where is your store showing “free shipping?” Can you send a screen shot?

 

Also, when you say that “Fulfillment shows Shipping not checked, just pickup” are you referring to item level fulfillment?

Good morning - all my online products contain alcohol except the glassware.

None of the spirits or canned cocktails show shipping available but the glassware does.

I do not want to ship anything.

Can you tell me how to remove the shipping as an option? Please.

@Distiller.  I understand what you need to accomplish.  But in order for me to help you, I have to get some more information about the messages you see (where they are, exactly what they say, etc) and your item configuration.  Since you can’t save screen shots and attach them, I guess I’ll just have to direct you to contact Square Customer Success here.  Maybe they can look at your account and figure out what is going on.  I can’t without more information.  Sorry.
