Square offers next day transfer as standard, you can set this up as you like here: https://squareup.com/dashboard/transfer/settings
Instant transfer with Square is limited to well established accounts with a good amount of promising account history proving that the money transfers correctly and no transfer is more suspicious than any standard transfer, on top of the requirement of having an established account, you must also have at least £50 or your currency's equivalent available in your square balance and you can transfer up to £2,500 instantly each day.
