Why won't my appointment app let me edit appointments anymore? I used to be able to edit an existing appointment.

When I try to edit a service within appointment app after appointment has been booked by a customer I receive the the following message “cart editing disabled post-checkout”. Is there a way to enable this feature? Any assistance is appreciated, thanks!
Hey @topplay thanks for asking! At this time we don't allow sellers to edit an appointment once it has been paid for. If you require prepayment, you will need to charge it before the appointment or transaction as settled. I hope this makes sense! Thanks again!

I am able to edit everything in the appointment on the app with the exception of the "Service". In the past, I was able to change the "Service" on the app but now I have to change it from a computer. Did something change during a recent upgrade?
I hear you! It's been this way for quite some time to avoid issues where the services on an appointment don't add up to the dollar amount that has already been paid for the appointment. If you edit the services and there's a balance there would be no way to reconcile it as we can only associate a single payment with an appointment.

I can no longer change things once a client sets an appointment, as I was able to go in and adjust either time, put in notes for myself or change appointment dates for clients. This no longer works. I hit edit, do my updates or add notes, then hit save button and nothing saves. I have to delete appointment, manually set a new appointment with changes.
Hi @BeachCandy thanks for sharing. I want to take a closer look at this, but just to be sure, are you using the Appointments App to edit the appointments? If so, can you please make sure the app and device are up to date?
Yes I am using the appointment app to try to do editing and updates to scheduled appointments. My phone is updated and the app is current. Only way I was able to do edits and save my editing this last try was through the desktop log in and not through the app itself.
