My Square will not allow me to add more than one item per transaction. Any suggestions?

I'm not allowed to add more than one item per transaction. Suggestions?

I'm not sure. That shouldn't happen. What is stopping you from adding items?  Are your items not clickable to add? 

Try deleting  the app and redownloading it. When you log in all your items will be there.
