I have set up services and set a schedule for them. However, after updating the Recurring Schedule via Calendar (from 8am-12pm to 8am-12pm, 1pm-3pm), the Booking Site link does not show the updated schedule.
Hello @nika. I resolved the issue. For some reason, updating business hours via Appointments>Calendar>Edit Availability>Recurring schedule didn't change anything. However, going to Accounts & Settings>Business>Locations and editing Business Hours in the Location Details properly updated the available hours on my Booking Site.
Hi @LG9201- Thanks for the heads up. When you say you're recurring schedule didn't update, are you talking about recurring appointments for certain clients? Or do you mean that your new hours haven't updated?

That didn't work for me either. Clients are still booking on days that I'm closed.
I’ve recently moved and updated my business hours on the Appointments app and anywhere else I can find but it’s not being reflected on the website. The Appointments plug-in for the website isn’t synching with the back end. I’ve even logged out of everything and logged back in. I’ve deleted the Appointments page from the site and rebuilt anything associated with appointments and it still doesn’t update. This is the PRIMARY tool I use and it’s SO frustrating that it just won’t update.

If it successfully updated on your app, we'd recommend contacting our Appointments team directly for a closer look as to why it isn't updated on the Dashboard and to troubleshoot further.
@Luna281236 I'd also recommend the troubleshooting that @LG9201 posted about above too if you haven't already.
