We have 20 accounts. Some are free retail (concession stands) and some are paid restaurant. I work in our home office and just got an ipad so I can view their user interfaces. How do I set this up? I can currently log in and view the dashboards, but I want to see what they see at the POS level.
@Sflikkema There isn't a really good way to do this, but you would log in to each account (if they have different e-mails) on the point of sale app on the ipad. Each log in will generate the grid just like what they see on their ipads at the store level.
If you have 1 account e-mail but multiple locations, you would just pick the location when you log in. There is not a quick way to switch back and forth.
Square for restaurants free edition, does allow you to edit the point of sale grid for the square for restaurants app remotely from the dashboard. Otherwise you have to do it on an android or ipad like you are talking about.
