I continually try to check out on my site (testing the customer experience) and it says "Postal code not valid." The postal cost dial box under the credit card information is missing. Please advise.

Hey @mesherillc. The customer's billing information does need to match exactly what is on file with their card issuing bank. I'd suggest having your customer confirm the card's billing ZIP code with their card issuer.
