Missing Billing Zipcode

I want to use Square to charge cards manually as i deal with booking.com and it shows me the card information for the guest but unfortunately i can't charge any card as the virtual terminal requires billing zipcode which is missing as it's not required to be entered by the guest so what should i do now to process payment without billing zipcode !?

without the billing zipcode you can not process the transaction.  You need that to proceed.  so either you'll have to contact the website or the customer directly to get the needed info.
