Manually load a gift card without charge

Hello, everyone! Here's my deal:

We're selling a holiday gift package that includes a $20 gift card. The package price is $75 plus tax.

After the package is purchased, I need to manually load and activate the gift card WITHOUT charging another $20 to load the card.

How to I accomplish this?

Thanks in advance for any advice!

@Pippins I am not 100% sure on this one, but I think you can do a 100% discount and load a 20$ card that way, otherwise do a $20.00 discount on the package and then charge the 20$ to the card so the net is still 75$ plus tax.  You would just do it all in the same transaction that way.
