Loyalty signup outside of a sale

Is there a way to setup a seperate kiosk to collect emails and sign up for loyalty outside of a sale.  We would like to offer customers a coupon they can use that day but would like to have them sign up for loyalty prior to completing the sale at an ipad kiosk.  Is there a way to do this?

While there's not a specific kiosk mode for this, what you can do is set something up with a tablet or iPad and create a Hosted Sign-Up Page or an Embedded Sign-up form for your customers to share their email address.

You could then create a discount for customers that provide their email address before the sale.
