Loyalty Program Upgrade trouble

Anyone else having trouble with the loyalty program after upgrading? We upgraded a few days ago and since then have experienced the following:

 

1. In the dashboard under Loyalty many stars earned transactions appear in triplicate - still can't figure out if it awarded the customer 3 stars instead of the one they should have received, because those customers have no loyalty data at all on their profiles (and they should).

 

2. Periodically the system stops awarding stars - then it will start again - then stop. No real pattern or reasoning.

Was this still happening to you?

 

Have you made sure that you don't have the setting that enables multiple stars to be earned in a single order?
