Loyalty Program - Coupon Experation Time

I am using the sqaure regsiter and wanted to use the loyalty program for certain transactions and reward the customer with a discount to be applied the next time they come in but I want to entice them to use it the following week from the initial purchase and if they do not return I want the coupon to expire. However it seems the shortest expiration time frame for square rewards is 3 months. Is it possibile in the future to give a variable option that we can choose how long we want the coupon valid for? A drop down option expires in 1,2,3,4,5,6,7, etc days?

 

For my purposes I am enticing return within a short time frame for the discount and do not want to offer that discount if they dont return during the short time alloted. So the loyalty program at this time is useless to me without short expiration options.

This is a great suggestion. It's nice to be able to offer an incentive to your customers to encourage them to come back sooner rather than later.
