Logon failure when connecting payment API

I use OpenCart and I have Square set up as my payment processor. I have used it for 2 or more years I think. My tokens expired and I clicked to renew tokens. This was unsuccessful and I logged on to squareup and checked all the App keys made sure every thing was correct and hit Connect in my OpenCart back office.

 

Now I had to log on to my square account do all that. When I hit connect it asks me to log on and I do so, but the logon fails. When I logon I get a screen that says

Error

Sorry and error has occurred please try again

 

I do so to the same results and ends. My online store is currently unable to take orders using a Credit Card, with the current economic climate I would like to beup and running as soon as possible. Help.

Sorry to hear about that. I reached out to our API team, and unfortunately they verified that because this is occurring with the OpenCart integration, they will need to handle all troubleshooting.
