Login troubleshooting

I had Square on my iPhone for a couple of years.  I changed phones to an Android and the app did not transfer over.  I downloaded the app but it will not let me login with my signon and password.  HELP

The first step is to make sure you have the right app.

The login and password that you used to login into the app on an iPhone will work on an Android device. 

 

If that doesn't you could use the I forgot my password feature to help you recover your login password.

I can login on an actual computer but for some reason on my Iphone it will not let me. I have changed my password a few times to make sure it wasnt my error. Do I phones not accept this app? I dont know what else to do.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community, @SD923.

 

The password should work on your phone as well. The keyboard on touch screen devices can make it easy to make a mistake, so be patient. You can also try delete the app and reinstall it, just to be sure you have the most current version.

I am also experiencing the same issue. The device keeps on telling me the password is wrong even if it is not. It works when I login on a computer.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble logging into your device. Have you attempted to uninstall and reinstall the app? Sometimes that will allow you to log in again.
