Locations - pros/cons? tax implications?

I setup different parts of my site to sell to different schools. I take orders over a few weeks from parents and then deliver all orders to the schools who distribute the orders to the parents at various events etc.

I was thinking about having each school have it's own location with a generic instruction about how that school will distribute orders. I don't think the pickup or delivery options work well for this scenario because it tries to prompt customers to schedule delivery/pickups with me. If I create a location for each school will it cause issues with my 1099? Everything would be my 1 EIN and have the same sales tax since it's all local. Just not sure if there are considerations I may not be aware of or other ways to set this up that I don't know yet.

@heatherjo I have multiple locations with same ein and an umbrella company and it is no problem at all.  You will have a report for each location, but your tax professional will have no problem consolidating things for you.  It is no different than having different 1099s from different vendors etc.
