Linking a PayQuicker card?

Help! I'm in direct sales nad am trying to link my square reader (for in-person sales) to my Visa debit card that all my commissions are paid to. I just keep getting an error that the routing number isn't accepted. Help!!

Square Accounts must be linked to a transactional bank account not a credit/debit card.
