How do I limited the access of each location to just point of sale access. No access to anything else in the account. Just plain selling/use. We are sharing use of the square, but I am the main user. I was told not to create employees because of the fees and our short term use every year. I have about 6 users for only 6 weeks at the beginning of the year. I want them to be able to use the app to take payments that go into one overall account, but I don't want the users to have any further access. What do I do?

use mobile staff https://squareup.com/help/ca/en/article/6129-get-started-with-mobile-staff it is free and you can limit their access. all employees will have to log in with a 4 digit code unique to them on login.
