Limiting item to 1

I sell one of a kind items.  I need to remove the quantity option.  How can I do that or freeze it at '1'

HI, you can activate Track Stock within each item.

Here are the breadcrumbs and screenshot to apply.

Online Dashboard, Items, Item Library, select Item, Edit Item, Variations, click Stock, turn on Track Stock
