Item is deletiing itself while uploading photos and variation info

while entering the variations and photos, after saving each step, the information gets deleted! Also, the tracker will not allow me to turn it off, only on some variations of some items.

Can you let me know which browser you're using and/or if you're uploading those pictures on a phone or laptop? I'll keep an eye out for your reply.

It's firefox 76.0.1, and am uploading on a Mac desktop OSX 10.9.5
