Is there a way to cancel a 6 digit coupon code for 1 person that was sent to a group through an email marketing campaign?
The email was sent to a group, and 1 person was given the discount without the code, so now we'd like to inactivate it to avoid it being used since they already received their discount.
This is not a gift card or coupon code, I'm talking about the 6 digit incentive reward that's randomly generated and offered through email marketing. I can see the code she was given, but I can't find any options to cancel it.

You can cancel the coupon for that one customer through the Square POS app. Head to their customer profile > click "Manage Coupon" > "Void".
That'll do the trick!
