It would really help us (and other restaurants / bakeries) by being able to have a summary of the items ordered by fulfillment date so we can better plan our bakes, prep, and communicate with the night bakers what to proof and what to set up for the morning bake.
Right now we are going ticket by ticket, item by item and putting them into excel to get our bake totals. A time consuming process, along with increasing human error by not being able to just print an item total report. (see picture)
Please for our sanity and order accuracy add this feature, either from the dashboard or from the terminal with a printer. Total items by fulfilment date.
This would be a GAME CHANGER. Ty -Ted
