Issues with adding new shipping box sizes

I am having difficulties with entering new shipping box sizes. I enter the information for the new box size and hit the Save button. However, when I go back to the item to see if the new box size is there so I can select it, the new size is nowhere to be found.

Here's what I have tried:

Fulfillment - Shipping - Shipping Boxes - Create New  (new box size does not save)

or 

Items - Site Items (& then select one particular item) - Shipping Box Size - Create New Shipping Box Size - Save (new box size does not save)

Ideas?

This definitely sounds like a potential bug. 🤔 If you haven't already done so, can you please reach out to our support team so a rep can troubleshoot this one on one with you? The rep will be able to escalate to the engineer teams if they are not able to resolve the issue with you.
