I can not get a customer code to call them and now the phone option says "unavailable"! I find this company impossible to contact and my next step in a law suit. $5k has disappeared from my account that they were refusing to deposit into my account. Where is it and how can I get a hold of a human?????

If you're calling between Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pmCST, a customer code isn't needed. Are you still getting that prompt when calling within that window?
