Hi @Alchemist!

Currently, there is no way to transfer sales or retail reports from other programs within Square. The system is only able to export reports of transactions made with Square.

If you use Google Calendar for your schedule, our Square Appointments feature may work out for you. You can import your personal or business Google Calendar with your Square Appointments calendar to manage your schedule in one place.

You are also able to import your client information by Managing Your Customer Directory Online.

Hope that gets you in the right direction! Keep us posted if you have any further questions.

This was posted 3 years ago and I am hoping this has changed (fingers crossed!) I have connected my google calendar to my glossgenius calender however, I am still not able to see my schedule on square. Is it possible I need to have my services already set up in square? Also, in their system I am not able to export my client list and information or the services I offer. Do you by chance offer an in-house transfer of information or know of any way I can do that?

Thank you,

Liz

You have to request the file from gloss genius (they do not allow you to export anything on your own) and then you can upload it into Square Customer Profiles.

This is not possible by uploading a CSV file with information exported from your existing CRM to your Customer Profile section of Square. The uploaded CSV file will create text entry spaces populated with the content for ease of searching within the clients profile.

If anyone needs assistance with this I am happy to assist. I am a spa consultant with experience transferring clients from Gloss Genius, Vagaro, Rosy and several other spa platforms without loosing any data about your clients.

Hi! I'm interested in getting my GlossGenius clients transferred to my square account and I saw that you can do that.

Hello, @elyle7- Welcome to the Seller Community!

Great question. You can transfer customer information from one platform to another using the process listed here. At this time, the only way to import customers is via a CSV file. We don’t have an automatic process/function that can be used.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Thanks 😃
