Hi there.
The easiest way to do this would be to drill down your sales reports by time. Keep note of what time you're accepting sales at each event, this way you can match the time/date range in your Square Dashboard Sales Report to view the sales for each specific event.
There are a few other workarounds that come to mind as well if this doesn't work for you. Hopefully one of your fellow sellers can chime in and share their process and workarounds as well.
