Is it possible to send a text campaign to a certain group of customers?
@Greenhouse Disclaimer — I use Square Marketing, but currently have not set up Text Message Marketing. I’m guessing I should bite the bullet and sign up for the 30-day trial so that I can familiarize myself with it. Having said that…..
The text message campaigns use the same Marketing interface as everything else. Since that is the case, I know that you can assign customers to groups, and then indicate that you only want to send a campaign to certain group(s) when you set the campaign up. You can assign groups to customers manually by going into your customer directory, and editing the Personal Information Section.
Square also has smart groups for things like “hasn’t ordered recently,” “active customers,” and “top spenders,” for example.
Unless I am completely mistaken that all marketing campaigns share features like this, it all should be ready to go for you.
