Is there a way to request a client to make a review or feedback of our transaction?

You can enable feedback on all your digital receipts. 

In your dashboard go to Customers -> Settings -> Feedback and enable it.

Your Customer will see a “How did we do?” Line followed by a smiley and frowney face. They can tap their choice and have the option of leaving a message for you. 

This feedback is an internal communication channel between you and your customer only. There is no way to share it on any social media site.  

If if you want reviews on Facebook, Square has a built in marketing campaign specific for that. Head over to the marketing section of your dashboard, choose to start a campaign, and follow along the steps.
