Hello! Is there a way to "create" an order using Square. We currently use Square Retail in both of our locations and on the POS screen when ringing people out we can "create an order". Is there a way to do this within the dashboard or using the app on your phone?
We have a lot of item requests through social media or clients that come in for candle making experiences and are unable to return to pick up there candles so the message us and ask if they can have them shipped. We also offer our items wholesale and it would be great to be able to create orders on the backend for our wholesale clients but still have the ability to see them under "orders" and track them as they go through the production pipeline.
It would be great if our social media manager could handle this herself. Instead she has to call the stores, get them to send an invoice, but we have so many orders it's impossible to remember that there is an invoice out there that needs to be fulfilled and we need to pull the candles they made and ship them.

We do not have a way for sellers to create orders within the Square Dashboard - only the Retail app. Sorry about that!
This is a great feature request though. I'll definitely update this thread if I hear anything about the development of this feature.
We would really appreciate this option, too. Currently, we are using Tickets but would like to track the order through with shipping & tracking info.
We would also be excited about this feature
