Is there a way to make discounts password protected?

I am looking to set up my discounts to be password protected so that staff can not use them without management typing in the password.  We use square for our small community pool and offer staff a discount if they eat in our concession stand, however they are ringing themselves out and using the discount.  We are trying to find a way to keep track of who is eating what and this is the only way we can think to do it so they can not ring themselves out.  I hope that makes sense.  Thank you for the help!!

Yes, they are called restricted discounts, and they allow a specific role member to use 4-digit passcode to apply passcode-protected discounts to a transaction.

1. Visit the Team section in your online Square Dashboard.
2. Click Permissions in the top left corner.
3. Choose the Role that you would like to edit (in your case Manager).
4. Check the box next to Apply Restricted Discounts and Comps.
