Is there a way to include an image upload for the customer?

I know that I can add modifications under items for sale, but I need reference photos of customers' animals. Is there a way to do this through the item I am selling? Or do I need to provide my email and ask customers to email me pictures?

Thanks for posting in our Seller Community. 

You can attach an image to a customer profile after making a sale. What I would do is get their email at the time of the sale, add them as a customer, and then have them email you an image to upload in the Customer Directory section of the Online Dashboard.
