Is there a way to have multiple items print on a single ticket?

Hello, I am beginning to sell macarons at my bubble tea cafe. We use the Square POS and the Star TSP654IISK Sticky Label Printer to currently print our tickets for our bubble tea drinks, which works fine because each drink needs its own ticket.

Now when we introduce macarons, I would ideally like a single ticket printed that has all of the macarons on it for that customer's order. Currently I'm having trouble figuring out a way to make this work with my current setup and knowledge of printing orders.

The closest I have come to getting to the setup I would like is have there be a base item in Square as "Macaron" then have the different flavors as modifiers. The only problem is that if a customer orders two vanilla flavored macarons, there is no way to select the vanilla flavor modifier twice to reflect this on the ticket.

If anyone has any ideas, any help would be greatly appreciated 🙂

Hello there @blossombird

The only available option here would be to disable the Single Item per ticket option from your Printer Configuration.

Print Sticky Labels

On the Square Point of Sale app:

Tap the three horizontal lines.

Tap Settings > Hardware > Printers > Create Printer Station.

Tap Printer and select your label printer.

Under the section "Use this printer for", toggle on In-person order tickets.

Turn off Single item per ticket. Note: You can select Compact Ticket to save paper.

I hope this information is helpful!
