Is there a way to delete the promotional code box when ordering gift certificates?

I know there is a box for a promotional code for gift certificates, but I don't offer discounts on these.  I've already had one person ask me about it.  It should be up to the seller whether or not to offer discounts.

At the time, we don't offer any options to disable to promo code box.

I got that after reading other posts about it.  There needs to be the option to delete the promo code!!!
