Hello @LOTEZK,

Thank you for posting in the Seller Community. Welcome.

Currently, the best way to create items with varying prices per location is to create individual and separate items in your library for each location. You can name them however you see fit to differentiate them for record keeping purposes, but doing so would help keep reporting and pricing correct.

so what's the bottom line. There are articles that say you can create different price points for the same item at different locations but I cant figure out how to do it.  Can someone please help!

It sounds like there’s no way that is readily avAilable and “built in” to the square program. You have to figure out the best work around (if you see the reply that came after my question, a work around can be done by using slightly different naming conventions to differentiate between locations. But this creates more problems down the road when names of items are “customer facing” ie: online store items)

I haven’t looked into this problem much more. I hope it’s easier to answer at this point.

good luck!!

Hey @hratchad  @LOTEZK,

In this case, as mentioned by @Alex_ above, you will need to create the same item in each location and attach a price point to each one. I personally don’t recommend using a variable for the items as it can get messy at the time of reporting.

Let me know if you have any other questions.
