I know how to add a star on an iPad or iPhone and can't figure it how to do it from the dashboard when on a desktop computer. Because we are new to Square when it's busy it gets frantic trying to add a new customer. We started getting them to give us their info on a form and I go in when it's slow to add them. I do this in my office at my desktop. Trouble is, I create the customer on the desktop, add them to the sale on the desktop and then have to get my iPhone to give them stars.
