I entered my first payment today and sent an email receipt but the client never got it. Is there a time delay on the email receipt because it's the weekend? My client never got the receipt.
@mikeyb, most of our customers receive their email receipts within seconds. I would check to be sure the correct email was entered and have the customer check to be sure the email was not sent to their spam folder.
