Is my tablet Galaxy Tab E lite 7" compatible with Square reader?

Hey community, I am opening store tomorrow and I have five Samsung Galaxy Tab E lite 7". Google play store is giving me error message the Square reader is not compatible with the device. Is it bug/not updated OS or I just bought 5 useless devices? 😞

look in the tablet's setting if there is a available software update for your device, it might be that the android version you have installed is too old
