Is it possible to set up a 10-min lead time for mobile ordering for a middle ground for 5 & 15min?

This would be helpful for us as a coffee shop, where 15min is almost too far out, and 5min is too close in.  We are having to impose a manual hold on tickets for 5 min before we start the drinks.
