I bought plastic gift cards but they don't show as a saleable item on my terminal.

I bought plastic gift cards about a year ago.  I haven sold one in a while but a customer asked for one today but there is no item available to sell the giftcard now. Do I need to reactivate the cards I have. I dont want to.reorder cards when I have 20 here that I can use.

First, you'll want to make sure that the Gift Card option is enabled on the checkout screen. Once you've given that a look, you can check out Tom's answer on this thread to make sure you're going through all the correct steps.
