Is it possible to search historical sales by amount of sale rather than credit card number?

Before I call a customer that owes me money, I like to check my Square account before calling them. However you can only search with the the last four of the CC number. Since my shop program operates independantly from Square, I do not have any CC numbers on file. If I go back 90 days, there are too many transactions to search manually. Plus every transaction is a different amount.

If you go to this link to your dashboard you can then search the amounts by using your browsers search function (Command+F on Mac Control+F Windows).  You can pick a timeframe it occurred in or just chose the entire year.

Is there a way to search transactions history for a specific item. Recently, I've noticed discrepencies since inventory indicates we should have more than whats on hand. Basically trying to find out if we have a shoplifter or a staff issue.

@barkpark_chi Your Item Sales report might help with this.

You can set your date selector to reflect a specific time frame, and then click on the specific item you want to look at in depth to see each transaction that the item was included in.

It's also good to remember that if a customer returns an item for a refund, the inventory doesn't automatically update to add the item back to your inventory count.
